THE
PROPERTY MARKET AND THE COMING OF LOW COST FLIGHTS
Since the appearance
of low cost flights to the region the market has seen a steady uplift
in property values. The high speed train link from Madrid to Oviedo
in Asturias is also due for completion in the next few years.
"I believe
that it is a good time to invest in property in the north of Spain
because, based on fundamentals, the market has a steady outlook for
growth. The motorway systems are now maturing and the air transport
network is providing cheap flights to many regions in the north".
