PRICES ON THE COAST

If you are considering purchasing a property on the costa verde then in your search you will discover that prices are higher closer to the coast. The coastal areas and beaches become quite busy during the popular summer months.

Price sensitive purchasers should consider travelling no more than half an hour inland where the prices of properties can be up to 50% cheaper. There is more choice in the lower price bracket of 150,000 euros or less and if you are seeking peace and tranquility then being inland could be an advantage.

Buying on the coast does not mean that you will have views to the sea and prices remain relatively high even ten minutes drive inland. A property in the hills less than half an hour from the coast can be relatively cheap and the views could be stunning.
